Bradford, PA -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford wrestling team hosted Penn State-Behrend in a dual match on Tuesday night, falling to the Lions 38-12.

The Panthers fell behind early as they lost the first two bouts of the day by tech fall and forfeited at 141. Nikolas Fegert picked up the first points of the evening for the Panthers, picking up a 6-3 win by decision. He fell behind his opponent after a first-period takedown, but battled back, picking up two escape points and a takedown of his own to secure the victory.

Pitt-Bradford dropped 16 points in the next three matches, falling by a major decision at 157 and then two pins. D.J. Slovick got the Panthers back in the win column at 184, picking up a win by pinfall at 2:08. Gavin Thompson followed at 197 and, after building a 5-3 lead, secured the win with an escape and a takedown to finish ahead 9-3.

The loss drops Pitt-Bradford to 6-3 in dual meets. They will be off for Thanksgiving Break before returning to action with a dual match at Elmira on December 3rd.
