Rodriguez & Norris Pick Up All-Conference Accolades

Bradford, PA -- The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's basketball team had two players recognized by the AMCC on Tuesday, as Jeremy Rodriguez and Xander Norris were named All-Conference performers for the 2025-26 season.

Jeremy Rodriguez, a junior guard from Philadelphia, PA, was named to the first team. Although he won the AMCC's Newcomer of the Year award in 2022-23, it is his first appearance on the All-Conference list.

This season, Rodriguez led the AMCC in scoring with 19.9 points per game in AMCC play and 19.6 per game overall. He shot 51.1% from the field (12th), including 38.4% from three (9th) against AMCC opponents. He also averaged 4.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game. Rodriguez also made a difference on the defensive end of the floor, as he averaged a league-leading 3.0 steals and 0.4 blocks per game. He finished the season 10th in the nation with 74 steals. Rodriguez was the 4th different Panther in 5 seasons to lead the league in scoring. He scored his 1,000th career point in the road win at Hilbert.

Xander Norris, a senior wing from Wichita, KS, was named a third-team performer. It is Norris's first all-conference recognition. 

Norris averaged 13.2 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.3 steals per game in AMCC play this season. He shot 44.9% from the field, including 41.4% from three, which was the 4th best percentage in conference play. He scored a season-high 32 points against Penn State-Behrend, making 12-14 from the field, including 7-9 from three. He also reached the 1,000-point milestone in the season finale at Pitt-Greensburg.
