BRADFORD, Pa. - The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford men's soccer team (1-8-1, 0-4) fought hard, but ultimately fell, 3-0, to Penn-State Behrend (10-1-1, 4-0) on Wednesday afternoon at the Kessel Athletic Complex.
"I thought we played with a lot of spirit and organization against a very good Penn-State Behrend team," said Pitt-Bradford head coach Darek Panol. "Overall I was pleased with the mental toughness of the team and our spirit."
The Lions took a 1-0 advantage when Anthony Crivelli finished a cross from Kevin Vock in the 22nd minute. Christian Harrington extended the Penn State Behrend lead to 2-0, beating the keeper from the top corner of the box in the 39th minute.
