Pitt-Bradford To Host Annual Midnight Madness Event Thursday

BRADFORD, Pa. – The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford will host its annual Midnight Madness event Thursday, Oct. 26, in the KOA Arena, welcoming all members of the Panthers community to attend.

"This has become a great Pitt-Bradford tradition over the past few years with nearly one-third of our students attending," Associate Dean of Students Dr. Ronald Binder said. "This year, we expect around 600 to attend."

The event will showcase both the Pitt-Bradford men's and women's basketball teams with their 2017-18 seasons on the horizon.

Also to be featured will be the talented Pitt-Bradford students who step (the Diamond Steppers) and sing (the Basic Pitches).

All students in attendance are invited to wear their Halloween costumes, with $100 worth of Metz gift cards given out to the winners of the costume contest.

The first 300 fans in attendance will receive a free 2017 Midnight Madness t-shirt. In addition, free snacks and drinks will be offered.

Immediately following the event will be another Pitt-Bradford tradition, the Midnight Breakfast hosted at the dining hall in the Frame-Westerberg Commons.

The Midnight Madness festivities will begin at 9 p.m.
